If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee willapply if the appointment can still be accepted.If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking feewill be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.Cosmetic tattoo services require the full appointment time to be completed safely and properly.These services cannot be rushed.

If you have previous brow tattooing, micro blading, powder brows, nano brows, or any form of permanent makeup done by another artist, you must send clear photos for approval before booking.Please email your photos to vixenbrowss@gmail.com with your first name, last name, email, phone number, preferred appointment date, preferred appointment time, and the service you are interested in.Not all previous work can be safely covered. Some previous work may require removal first.Some previous work may still look good years later and may not need a touch-up yet. This is why approval is required before booking.If you book without approval and arrive with previous work that cannot be worked over, your appointment will be cancelled, your booking fee will be forfeited, and the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Touch-up pricing is only available for existing Vixen Browss clients whose original cosmetic tattoo service was completed by Iris at Vixen Browss.If your previous brow tattoo was done by another artist, your appointment will not be considered a touch-up. You will be charged regular pricing or correction pricing depending on the conditionof the existing work.

Vixen Browss reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if the treatment is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, disrespectful, or outside the artist’s scope of work.This includes, but is not limited to, not following pre-care instructions, recent sun exposure, compromised or irritated skin, undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medication conflicts, pregnancy or breastfeeding, intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, unrealistic expectations, or unapproved previous tattoo work.If your appointment cannot proceed due to any of these reasons, your booking fee may be forfeited and you may be charged according to the cancellation policy.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Exact cash is preferred whenapplicable. Electronic payments, card payments, or e-transfers may be subject to HST and processing fees.All cosmetic tattoo services are subject to 13% HST..

All booking fees are non-refundable. All completed services are non-refundable.No refunds will be provided once the procedure has been completed. Cosmetic tattoo results vary from client to client and are affected by skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, healing, medications, immune response, oil production, and previous work.

Vixen Browss provides the same level of care, attention, and professionalism to every client.However, healed results are not guaranteed.Retention and final healed results depend on your skin type, immune system, lifestyle, medications, previous tattoo work, oil production, and how well you follow pre-care and aftercare instructions.The artist controls the factors that can be controlled during your appointment, including mapping, colour selection, technique, depth, application, pre-care instructions, after care instructions, and aftercare supplies. Healing and retention are affected by factors outside of the artist’s control.
